UK delivery is completely free when you spend £30 or more.
 
UK delivery costs are shown on the shopping basket page under the subtotal once you have added items to your basket.
Delivery is also confirmed on the checkout page before you pay.

UK orders are well packaged and sent via Royal Mail.
Private commissions are sent via recorded Special Delivery.

Rest of the World

Orders for countries outside the UK are well packaged and are sent via airmail.

Private commissions are sent via your choice of delivery, but tracked and signed for is recommended.

Delivery cost is confirmed for non-UK addresses after you have entered the delivery details at checkout.

Depending on the rules in your country, you may be liable for import taxes on certain purchases for addresses outside the UK.

Adding a Gift Message/Wrapping

All orders will be dispatched 1 - 3 days after you place your order (Monday - Friday),
unless it is an item on pre-order.

For orders which include a pre-order item, all items will be sent once your pre-order becomes available, unless you contact us to let us know that you would like the other items sent separately.

 

Returns

Items can be returned for a refund (excluding postage and gift wrap costs) within 28 days of dispatch.  To qualify, items must be in a resaleable condition. Excludes commissions and cards sent with a personalised gift message.
